Wolf Uwe Lehmann joined Gerresheimer AG as Chief Financial Officer in September 2025. Prior to this, he served as Operating Partner at the private equity firm Triton since 2023 and has around 30 years of international management experience in finance, strategy, and corporate development in various industries, including transportation, chemicals, industrial services, packaging, and pharmaceuticals. From 2014 to 2023, Lehmann was Global Chief Financial Officer at BEFESA, a prior Triton portfolio company, overseeing the company’s initial public offering (IPO), expansion across Europe and Asia, a landmark acquisition in the United States, and ultimately its successful uplisting on the MDAX. Lehmann began his career at General Electric (GE), where he first completed the international leadership programs for Financial Management (FMP) and Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) and then served as finance manager in the Propulsion and Specialty Services division at GE Transportation. At GE Silicones, now Momentive Performance Materials, he then took on CFO responsibilities, initially in Germany for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India (EMEAI) regions, then in China for the Asia-Pacific region, and subsequently as Global CFO and Vice President Finance in the USA. Wolf Uwe Lehmann studied Industrial Engineering and Business Administration at the University of Hamburg, where he gained a diploma in industrial engineering.
