Klaus Röhrig is a founding partner and co-chief investment officer of the Active Ownership Group (AOC). Prior to founding AOC, Klaus Röhrig was responsible for investments in German-speaking countries at Elliott Associates. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in London, where he focused on corporate finance and M&A for technology companies. Throughout his career, Klaus Röhrig has focused on identifying investment opportunities, structuring investments, and realizing value creation potential in a process-oriented manner.

He has held several supervisory board positions throughout his career and is currently a member of the board of directors of Agfa-Gevaert N.V., a member of the supervisory board of Formycon AG, a member of the supervisory board of H2APEX Group, and a member of the board of directors of MAM Baby AG.
