Job Description

Knowledge acquired as part of a 3-year technical vocational training (e.g. tool mechanic) and extended by 2 years of professional experience in the field of repair of injection molding tools.

Qualifications

  • Repair and maintenance of injection molding tools in accordance with internal specifications to ensure injection molding production.
  • Assembly and disassembly of screws and barrels for cleaning
  • Operating the fluidized bed cleaning system
  • Replacement of wear parts
  • Independent turning, milling, grinding of tool parts
  • Independent obtaining of quotations and orders for spare parts for the maintenance of injection cylinders
  • Index management of screws and barrels
  • Maintenance MES and SAP
  • Beginner Experience in Maintenance and repair of injection molding tools
  • Practical experience with work according to drawings (CAD)
  • Machine and plant operation experience
  • Maintenance and repair of screws and spray barrels
