Job Description
- Independent completion of general administrative tasks (e.g. mail items, room reservations, list management, food organization, transport organization, key management, access cards / access system, general documentation, etc.)
- Receiving visitors and suppliers and taking over the central telephone service
- Ordering rental vehicles and managing the pool vehicles (check / request cleanliness), ensure the tire change and carry out the regular driver's license check when using the pool vehicle
- Carrying out the travel expense report according to specifications including the necessary invoice verification
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of office organization with all necessary individual tasks
- Knowledge of correspondence and administration
- Basic knowledge of invoice management
- Good IT user skills (especially office software)
- Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
