Job Description

Responsibilties

  • Responsible for the product vision, strategy and roadmap of one of our digital solutions in the field of remote care / adherence monitoring
  • Lead interdisciplinary product team consisting of developers, UX/UI designers, data scientist, user researcher, clinical experts. Be the interface between all team members
  • Formulate user needs, user stories and tasks and manage the communication within the product team
  • Together with UX, conduct user and customer research to understand user behavior and identify pain paints and potential solutions, test your hypothesis with users
  • Define, prioritize and mange the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Build business case for your product and Identify and define suitable business model
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Work closely with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Drive the expansion of our product portfolio together with other Digital Solution Leads

Qualifications

Profile

  • University degree in business studies, medicine, engineering, physics or a related subject
  • Min. 5 years experience in digital product management, SaaS product management, or go-to-market experience in healthcare, pharma or medical devices
  • Previous experience in remote care / remote patient monitoring is a plus
  • Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams and across different organizations
  • Understanding of UX design principles, customer-centric design processes such as story mapping, and working in design teams
  • Experience in agile methods like Scrum & Kanban
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Proven track record of defining innovative products
  • Passion for creating products that make a difference in people’s lives
  • Independent and pro-active way of working, empathic, curious, team player
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus, but not required)
