Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated HR Director to take on a leadership role in our organization. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing the HR department that caters to two distinct manufacturing plants located at a single site — one dedicated to our Tubular Glass business and the other to Primary Packaging Plastic business.

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the 3-member HR team and setting targets as well as KPIs to track progress
  • Partner with senior management to understand business needs and proactively identify HR solutions to drive organizational success
  • Create and implement Site HR strategy aligned with Site strategy´s and group HR strategy
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with business goals, focus on attract, develop and retain employees
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
  • Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are ethically and legally sound.
  • Cooperation with trade union

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree related to Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
  • +5 years, proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar HR leadership role
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Hands on, Willingness to innovate, decisiveness, accountability, flexibility and adaptability, stress resistance
  • Proficient knowledge of Polish and English is a prerequisite
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft365
  • Willingness to relocate to Bolesławiec area
