Job Description
- Support of production events in the injection molding and packaging area to ensure a trouble-free and smooth process in compliance with the internal specifications
- Independent implementation of the internal logistics processes according to the applicable process specifications for each production step (e.g. removal and onward transport of semi-finished and finished goods, transport of test batches, etc.)
- Independent preparation of empty tubs and trays in the clean room environment
- Provision of the necessary means of production (e.g. tools, paint, inserts, packaging, trays, tubs) at the production facilities and waste disposal in the clean room
- Support of ongoing production according to specifications and instructions (e.g. visual inspection, sampling, cleaning activities)
- Packing of goods
- Preparation of the necessary documentation
- Independent compliance with the relevant operational requirements, standards and legal regulations
Qualifications
- Knowledge as it is imparted in a training phase lasting several weeks and expanded through several months of experience in a comparable function.
- Basic knowledge of injection molding production
- Technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of production processes
- IT user knowledge (e.g. MES / SAP, MS Office)
- Performance and organizational motivation
- Action orientation, conscientiousness and flexibility
- Sensitivity and contact ability
- Sociability and team orientation
- Emotional stability, resilience and self-confidence
- Basic knowledge of quality methods (e.g. CIP)
- Basic knowledge GMS
- Knowledge of production processes (injection molding)
