Quality Control Associate

Job Description

  • Performing visual and dimensional tests in accordance with the test plan (without using large-scale measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines) 

  • Carrying out product-specific measurements (e.g. particle analysis) 

  • Special measurements of components and assemblies according to specifications 

  • Quality control release of production orders (e.g. for batch start-up) 

  • Verification of test results 

  • Reaction in case of deviation according to internal processes 

  • Support for measurement system analyses 

  • Continuous Improvement / 5S 

  • Compliance with standards and in-house regulations (SOPs, BVs, etc.) 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience using EDP/IT (especially MES) 

  • 1-2 years' experience using test methods and measurement technology 

  • Knowledge of QM guidelines

  • Reliability 

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes) 

  • Fluent in English
