Process Technician Assembly

Job Description

  • Independent optimization of assembly processes using methods (GMS)
  • Improvement of work processes and organization
  • Preparation and implementation of workshops
  • Qualification of assembly systems and peripherals
  • Independent documentation of all changes
  • Cause analysis / corrections for repeat errors, complaints etc.
  • Processing suggestions for improvement
  • Cooperation with the internal production areas and other interfaces (e.g. injection molding, Quality, TCC / SEC, PCU etc.)
  • Participate in FMEA`s
  • Participate in the specifications of machines and peripherals
  • Supervision of transfer projects according to specifications
  • Technical contact for production managers, customer facing organization
  • Depending on the focus of the project: taking over the PLP role * in projects with TCC / SEC

Qualifications

  • Experience in the production area focused on assembly
  • Good knowledge of process technology (manual and automated production processes)
  • IT skills (MES, SAP, MS Office)
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Knowledge of quality methods and standards
  • Analytical thinking behavior
  • Problem-solving techniques, even under changing conditions
