Job Description
- Independent optimization of assembly processes using methods (GMS)
- Improvement of work processes and organization
- Preparation and implementation of workshops
- Qualification of assembly systems and peripherals
- Independent documentation of all changes
- Cause analysis / corrections for repeat errors, complaints etc.
- Processing suggestions for improvement
- Cooperation with the internal production areas and other interfaces (e.g. injection molding, Quality, TCC / SEC, PCU etc.)
- Participate in FMEA`s
- Participate in the specifications of machines and peripherals
- Supervision of transfer projects according to specifications
- Technical contact for production managers, customer facing organization
- Depending on the focus of the project: taking over the PLP role * in projects with TCC / SEC
Qualifications
- Experience in the production area focused on assembly
- Good knowledge of process technology (manual and automated production processes)
- IT skills (MES, SAP, MS Office)
- Very good technical understanding
- Knowledge of quality methods and standards
- Analytical thinking behavior
- Problem-solving techniques, even under changing conditions
