Job Description

• Ensuring a trouble-free production process with regard to the material supply within the clean room, taking into account the internal requirements.
• Independent implementation of all internal logistics processes according to the valid process specifications for each production step (e.g., removal and onward transport of semi-finished and finished goods, transport of inspection lots, etc.)
• Independent preparation of empty tubs and trays in the clean room environment
• Independent provision of the necessary means of production (e.g. tools, paint, insert parts, packaging, trays, trays) at the production facilities
• Independent waste disposal in the clean room
• Support of ongoing production according to specifications and instructions

Qualifications

Knowledge as acquired during an at least 3-year technical training (e.g. as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or similar) and expanded with at least 3 years of professional experience in the plastics processing production environment.

• Basic IT skills (SAP, MES)
• Operation and safe handling of industrial and hand pallet truck
• Highly independent way of working
• Team orientation
• Flexibility, reliability and commitment
• Knowledge of quality methods (e.g. CIP)
• Good knowledge of general production processes
• Knowledge of the logistics processes in production (injection molding, assembly)
• Knowledge in the PIOVAN material delivery system will be considered as advantage
