Job Description
- Management and optimization of the Tool Service area in terms of profitability, adherence to schedules and quality
- Personnel management in areas of responsibility with all pending individual tasks (organization, planning, appraisal interviews, personnel development, etc.) taking into account operational requirements and goals
- Ensuring the continuous further development of the relevant processes through the use of suitable management methods
- Ensuring personnel and budget planning meets the requirements
- Ensuring that the respective targets are met by initiating suitable measures and regularly checking how effective they are
- Ensuring effective and efficient interface organization (internal/external) at all times
- Responsibility for compliance with safety and environmental regulations, accident prevention regulations and quality regulations in the area of ​​responsibility
- Trusting cooperation with internal and external partners (customers, suppliers, plant management, production management, quality, HR, etc.)
- Active participation in achieving goals in the GMS system, i.e.
- - Q = improve the quality

Qualifications
- Knowledge acquired as part of a technical (technical) university degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, focus on tool technology) and expanded through at least 7 years of experience in a comparable function with management and budget responsibility.
- This function requires special knowledge in the areas of tool technologies in the injection molding environment and repair processes.
- Expert knowledge of injection molding tools and technologies
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing/ manufacturing processes for tool components
- Expert knowledge of repair methods of tool components
- Very good knowledge of injection molding processes, injection molding machines
- Good IT user knowledge (e.g. ERP, MES, Office)
- Basic business knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken/written)
