Team Lead Glass Production

Job Description

  • Personnel management with all included individual tasks (appraisal of employees, personnel interviews, personnel development, etc.)
  • Ensuring effective personnel scheduling (vacation planning, short- and medium-term resource planning after consultation, initiation of adjustments)
  • Ensuring the smooth production process, including evaluation of the results and derivation of ad hoc measures (if necessary, after coordination)
  • Ensuring the efficient onboarding of new employees and regular implementation of mandatory training/instruction.
  • Conducting and participating in audits (e.g. 5S)
  • Independent reporting of the relevant key figures (daily output, performance, scrap, etc.)
  • Independent scheduling (service, maintenance, etc.)
  • Participation in personnel and CAPEX planning
  • Participation in the processing of complaints and deviations
  • Assumption of (sub-)project responsibility within a defined framework (e.g. CNQ, KT)
  • Ensuring Continuous Audit Readiness
  • Trusting cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC, HR, BR)

Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of general processes in production and knowledge of the value chain (relevant influencing variables, interfaces, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant production processes, including key figures
  • Very good knowledge of personnel management in a commercial environment
  • Very good knowledge in the areas of resource and resource planning
  • Good IT user skills (e.g. Office programs, MES & ERP)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
