Job Description

• Responsibility for the technical condition of the machines on the project
• FTA of new production equipment on new project
• Repair and maintenance of assembly lines and robots
• Ensuring delivery and replacement of spare parts for machines on the project
• Managing and charging spare parts to the customer
• Optimization of technological processes
• Recording service interventions in the MES
• Collaboration on the service intervention plan
• Supporting external service technicians
• Validation parts management
• Management of camera systems
• Management, backup, recovery of control software + fault diagnostics
• Monitoring OEE on equipment and improving it, reporting to management and customer
• Monitoring of defects, cooperation on finding corrective measures
• Production data analysis and evaluation
• Resolving customer complaints (in cooperation with the relevant quality department)
• Creating and updating manuals, internal and external documentation
• Managing technical documentation for production equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma in a technical field (2 years’ experience with assembly lines)
• Knowledge of automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechatronics, sensors
• Knowledge in the field of production testing and patterning an advantage experience in validation of assembly machines and equipment an advantage
• Active approach to problem solving, fairness, team spirit, responsibility, decisiveness, flexibility
