Job Description
- Following all aspects of processing safety protocol.
- High speed automation experience.
- Responsible for cleanliness of department and all processing equipment.
- Contribute to highly productive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
- Work with Team Leader during line clearance and 5S.
- Communicate effectively with production personnel, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality.
- Maintain good documentation practices.
- Work from layout drawings, point-to-point wire lists and wiring schematics.
- Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- An Assembly Technician is responsible for constructing small parts and components to create new products according to client specifications.
- In addition, they perform diagnostic tests on assembled items and conduct adjustments when needed to make sure the final product functions efficiently.
- Quickly and effectively detect malfunctions with machinery and inform managers or upper-level staff of issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.)
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience; depending on previous education and current skills
- Automation Skills: Experience with high-speed automation is preferred
- Capable of installing electrical and electronic parts and hardware in various product
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn production tools and methodologies
- Significant mechanical aptitude with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Must be highly safety-conscious and strictly adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and Significant mechanical skills, proven attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and diagrams as delivered for each product

- A Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
