Microsoft Power Platform Support Specialist

Job Description

Focus:

Support the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Power Platform tools.
Troubleshoot issues related to app development, workflow automation, and data visualization.
Assist in the development and deployment of custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for Power Platform tools.
Monitor system performance and manage updates for Power Platform applications.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in building and managing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Experience with custom connectors and integrating Power Platform tools with other data sources.
Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, and C# for custom development.
Understanding of Azure services and their integration with the Power Platform.
