Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description
As a Quality Control Supervisor at Gerresheimer Skopje, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality control technicians and overseeing the entire quality control process from start to finish. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and dedication to quality will be critical to our success.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of quality control associates
- Train and onboard new quality control team members
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry
- Proven experience in a quality control role, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT applications (e.g. office programs, MES, QM system)
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
