Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Support the HR organization in daily operations as well as in Business Unit projects
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and analyses, as well as data preparation and analysis
- Independently carry out optimization projects
- Further develop cross-departmental reports and roll them out within the Business Unit
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Economics, Psychology, or B/M.Sc programs (preferably with a focus on data collection and analysis)
- Strong IT affinity and digital competence
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also in Power BI
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
