Employee Workshop Planning

Job Description

Core objective

In this role, you will be responsible for the necessary advance planning as part of order processing in line with requirements.

Tasks

  • Independent scheduling and capacity planning (personnel, machines...) based on the order backlog
  • Creation of the required work plans (daily, weekly, monthly basis)
  • Participation in forecast planning based on the relevant key figures
  • Initiation and coordination of escalation measures in the event of deadline problems in coordination with managers
  • Trusting cooperation with the internal interface partners (production, quality, tool development...)

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Technician / master craftsman or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of work preparation, ideally in technical service areas
  • Digital affinity (applications, processes)
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
