Product Lifecycle Lead Operations

Job Description

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the introduction and execution of the process of manufacturing of medical devices, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Performance monitoring: Track of operational performance and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams focused on initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency increase across the product lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to customers, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Project management.
    • Excellent team management abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
