Job Description

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize QC-related measurement systems and methods.
  • Oversee and ensure the functionality of measurement equipment used in the facility.
  • Independently program test systems and measuring devices (e.g., coordinate measuring machines, function/force testing devices).
  • Qualify both automated and non-automated test equipment through measurement system analyses.
  • Develop and optimize new measurement methods.
  • Implement new measuring systems and technologies.
  • Develop concepts and assist in creating test records.
  • Support the harmonization of measurement methods and test equipment with customers and other internal plants.
  • Provide technical support for measurement tasks in related areas.

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training, supplemented by advanced training as a technician or master craftsman.
  • Specialized knowledge in measurement technology (e.g., Aukom) and a basic understanding of quality management.
  • 3-4 years of experience in using test methods and measurement technology.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT/EDP (especially Office programs, MES, statistical software, and programming languages).
  • 1-2 years of experience in interpreting technical drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, including products and production workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and reliability.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical reports.
  • Proficiency in knowledge transfer, including mediation and teaching.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
